Most day-to-day services for Foxborough Village come from Old Bridge Township and Middlesex County.
Paying your assessments
Current amounts: $173 for the THA assessment and $70 for the HOA assessment. Many accounts are still paying the old amounts, so please check what you are sending.
Mail payments to P.O. Box 1100, Secaucus, NJ 07096. Starting November 1, 2026, payments sent to 29 Emerald Lane will not be accepted and will be mailed back to the homeowner. A returned payment will likely arrive late, and a $10.00 late fee will be added to the account.
Ways to pay
- Check by mail. Send it to P.O. Box 1100, Secaucus, NJ 07096. Make checks payable to Foxborough Village Homeowners Association (HOA) and Foxborough Village Townhouse Association (THA).
- Property management portal. Pay online (opens in a new tab). A processing fee applies.
- Automatic payments through your bank's Bill Pay. Every bank offers it. Add the Association as a payee, enter the amount, the mailing address above, and how often to pay, and your bank sends the payment by the date you choose. If you already pay this way, update the payee address now.
