For problems on Association common property — streetlights out, landscaping, snow and ice, potholes, drainage, damaged fencing or signs. For issues inside your unit, contact your own contractor or the management office.

Be specific — nearest unit number, street, or landmark (e.g. “pole between 128 and 130 Emerald Lane”).
