Architectural / Exterior Change Request

Most exterior changes need written approval from the Architectural Review Committee before work begins — decks, patios, fences, storm doors, exterior paint or trim, roofing, satellite dishes, solar panels, and landscaping changes to common-facing areas.

Materials, colors, dimensions, and location on the property. Include how it will look from the street or common areas.

Up to 3 files — PDF or image, 8 MB each. Site plans, elevation drawings, product spec sheets, photos of the area.
