Privacy Notice
Plain-language summary of what this website collects and why. [TODO board] — the board / property manager should review this wording before launch.
What this site collects
- Resident list sign-ups: your name, email address, chosen topics, and optionally your unit or address.
- Form submissions (contact, maintenance, architectural request): the information you type into the form, plus any file you attach.
- Basic security data: our host (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and a spam-protection check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to keep the forms from being abused. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How it's used
- The resident list is kept by the Association and shared with the property management company, which sends resident mail. This website itself never sends you email.
- Form submissions are emailed to the board and property manager and kept as a record so requests can be tracked and answered.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it beyond the Association and its property manager.
Where it's stored
Form delivery and records use Web3Forms; the resident list is kept in a Google Sheet controlled by the Association. Spam protection and hosting are provided by Cloudflare. These providers process the data on the Association's behalf.
How long it's kept
The resident list is kept until you ask to be removed or the Association retires it. Form records are kept as long as needed for Association business. [TODO board] — set a specific retention period if desired.
